What to expect for your massage

    • We can’t wait to welcome you! Please aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

    • No receptionist here, just warm, friendly faces! Your dedicated massage therapist will personally greet you for check-in.

    • If your therapist isn't quite ready yet, relax in our comfy lobby. Or, if you prefer, feel free to chill just outside the door in the hallway. We want you to feel right at home!

    • Next up, you'll have a friendly chat with your massage therapist about your intake form. It's like getting to know you better – your health, your wellness, all the good stuff!

    • Get ready for the deep dive! We'll discuss your medical history, ensuring we understand your unique needs. Your well-being is our top priority.

    • Don't forget to share any allergies or sensitivities to smells. We want to craft the best experience just for you, so your comfort matters most.

    • We want to ensure your massage is just right for you. Together, we'll discuss the type of massage you prefer, the session length, and any special garnishes you'd like – consider it your personal spa recipe!

    • Once you're all set with your therapist's guidance, they'll step out briefly to give you privacy. You can undress to your comfort level – feel free to remove your bra or undershirt to allow us to focus on your back. You can keep your underwear on, and don't worry, you'll always be covered by a sheet and blanket.

    • While you'll be comfortably covered, the exposed area is where the magic happens. If you're feeling warm, no problem – we'll adjust to keep you cozy while ensuring the targeted areas get the attention they deserve.

    • This is your time to unwind. If you want to sleep, meditate, or just not talk. WE GOT YOU. Your therapist will do a couple of check-ins for pressure and overall how you are feeling. Do not feel pressured to talk but if you want, your therapist would love to listen!

    • Be sure to communicate if you are too cold or too hot and your therapist can adjust the table warmer or A/C. If you are too hot, we will still keep a modest covering but we can limit it to a sheet.

    • Hello? Time to wake up! Sadly, all good things come to an end, the relaxation doesn't have to stop here! Feel free to rebook your next session before you leave – we'd love to see you again soon. And hey, if you enjoyed your time with us, our memberships offer some fantastic perks you might want to explore!

    • Give us about 5 minutes to chat about your self-care routine and what we discovered during the massage. We want to make sure you leave feeling amazing and armed with all the knowledge you need to keep that post-massage glow going strong.

    • At Spirits Spa Bar, settling your tab is easy like drinking a Mai Tai. We gladly accept all major debit and credit cards, including the one you used to book your appointment.

    • We do accept cash but are unable to return change. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks here. So, for a seamless transaction, cards are the way to go!

    • Tipping is a delightful gesture, not a must. If you'd like to add a splash of gratitude, the standard recommendation is 20% of the service cost.

    • Did we mention to hydrate? Grab that water and give your muscles the love they deserve!

    • Feeling the spirits? Pour your love into a 5-star review, letting everyone know about your experience!

    • Create a self-care recipe – stretch, move, journal, and maybe enjoy a mocktail or two.

  • We understand that unexpecting events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

    DEPOSITS

    Existing customers with 3 past cancellations/ no-shows and any new clients will be required to place a 50% deposit in order to schedule an appointment.

    CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES

    We ask that you please reschedule or cancel any appointment at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Any appointments not rescheduled or cancelled with sufficient notice will forfeit the deposit. If a deposit was not collected, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment.

    NO-SHOWS

    Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to not come in for their appointment is considered a “no-show”. You will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service.

    LATE ARRIVALS

    Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate others. Your therapist will determine if there's sufficient time for a treatment. Regardless, the full session fee applies. Please be punctual out of consideration for your therapist and fellow clients.

    SAME DAY CHANGES

    Should a client find the need to make changes to their appointment on the same day, i.e. time of service/lesser value, we completely understand. In these situations, you can be billed at the original rate of the service you initially booked. This policy is in place to address the impact on our scheduling and availability.

    MEMBERSHIPS

    If you cancel or no show within the 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you may not be able to use your massage that month.

    Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa's scheduling policies. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking.
